Recommnded use
Adults take 3 tablets daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Adequate calcium as part of a healthy diet may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis and help prevent bone loss.
