Cal Mag Supreme + K2 Liquid 450ml

Plant-sourced Aquamin^TM calcium and magnesium with key factors for bones.

If you’re a woman in your menopausal years, your doctor may have recommended taking calcium for bone support. Care should be taken with calcium supplementation, as you don’t want to overload on it. You want to ensure key cofactors like vitamin D, magnesium and vitamin K2 are present in the formula as well. Along with supporting bone health, vitamin K2 acts as a shuttle ensuring the calcium gets to where it needs to be! In your bones where it should be! The form of calcium you’re taking also matters: if hard to absorb, supplements can potentially cause more problems than they solve.

Health First Cal Mag Plus K2 Supreme is formulated with Aquamin™ calcium, a sustainable, red algae source with a unique honeycomb structure that makes it more easily absorbed, with less incidence of gastric upset and constipation than other sources. Aquamin™ has even been shown to be as effective as glucosamine in reducing joint pain and stiffness!
