Using this along with Saccharomyces Boulardii, Soil based probiotics and lactose/bifido blend, lglutamine/collagen (2-3 times day) for Sibo/leaky gut issues. It took a number of days to get to the desired dosage of two in morning/two in evening, along with Candibactin BR (two three times a day). After three days taking at this dosage, bloating was gone. Food sensitivities are greatly reduced. Going to do two rounds. I'm still surprised I'm not bloated after eating. It's a little miracle in a bottle for me.
