It features Aquamin™ calcium and magnesium derived from sustainably sourced red algae for ultra absorbability. Our iron is a patented Ferrochel® bisglycinate that’s absorbable and gentle on your stomach. Super antioxidants like quercetin and green tea are added to this well-rounded, all-in-one formula.

Directions:
Adults – Take 1 tablet once daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Known Adverse Reactions: Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
