Recommended Dose: Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule two times per day with meals, a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. Take with calcium. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use, as this product provides 2 mg per day of boron, and for prolonged use.

We have been taking Designs for Health Twice A Day multi-vitamins for several years now, on the advice of our naturopathic doctor.
