Recommended Dosage: Children 6-9 years: take 1 capsule, 1x daily; Children and adolescents 10-14 years: take 1 capsule, 2x daily; Adults and adolescents 15 years and older: take 1 capsule, 4x daily

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen, last for more than a week or are accompanied by a high fever, rash, persistent headache or the production of tick yellow/green phlegm.
