Other Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silica, coating (hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose), and magnesium stearate (veg).
Directions:Adults take 1 tablet, 1-2 times daily with evening meal or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Recommended Use: Used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid during times of mental stress and to relieve restlessness or nervousness.
Warning:Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Caution: Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness.
