Grapefruit seed extract contains high levels of vitamins C and E as well as bioflavonoids. The important substances have an antioxidant action and can neutralize free radicals that damage cells and cause numerous illnesses.

Directions of Use
Adults
Mix 12–15 drops in a glass of water or juice, one to three times daily, with or without meals, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Warnings
Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are taking any other medication. Do not put in eyes or use full strength in mouth, ears, nose or sensitive areas. May cause irritation if used directly on the skin.
