Each 200 mg capsule of New Roots Herbal’s Co-⁠Enzyme Q10 is standardized to meet the body’s needs for this coenzyme that is critical to all metabolic function.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner

Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone-⁠10) (from fermentation) 200 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non-⁠GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you are taking blood-pressure medication; or if you are taking blood thinners.

Migraine prophylaxis: Consult a health-care practitioner if migraine frequency increases, and associated nausea and vomiting persist or worsen.
