I have been taking this product for two and a half months now. Though subtle, I am noticing that my nails are stronger and my hair is a little fuller at the roots. Also, my skin looks fresher and the crepey skin on my arms seems a little smoother. I know it is early to see results but I'm confident the small changes I see will continue to improve over time with the use of this product. Easy to use, dissolves well, not taste.

I like the product and the very fast shipping and delivery. I like that it is not sweetened and dissolves very well in cold water. Taste is a bit strange but this is to be expected when there are no added aromas and flavours and that was what I was looking for. The product was initially reccommended by my naturopath.
