Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb that is extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional herbal system in India. Ashwagandha is used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (e.g. in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress).

Adult Dosage: Mix 4 to 5 dropperfuls daily in warm water.

Organic Ashwagandha Extract...500 mg (1 mL) (Withania somnifera) (Root)

1:2 herb strength ratio. Approx. 500 mg herb equivalent per 1 mL serving.
