Recommended Dosage:
- Adults and children 17 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times daily OR 2 capsules upon rising and 1 capsule before bed.
- Children 11 to 16 years: Take 1 capsule, twice daily.
- Children 5 to 10 years: Take 1 capsules, one to two times daily.
Caution: Not for use by organ and tissue transplant recipients, including bone marrow and corneal transplants, or individuals with a history of diabetes or multiple sclerosis, unless on the advice of and under direct supervision of a health care practitioner. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have sitosterolemia. Some individuals may experience temporary digestive problems, rashes, headache and fatigue.
