Our Valericalm® formula helps to soothe and relax you with valerian, chamomile, California poppy and complementary herbs in an all-natural calming formula to help ease you into a peaceful, restorative sleep. Convenient capsules contain a potent, 5:1 powder extract. 60 caps = one month supply.
Medicinal Ingredients:
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, herb top), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome), California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica, herb top), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flower), Hops (Humulus lupulus, strobile), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca, herb top)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose (vegicap), Organic maltodextrin
Dosage: Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. When used as a sleep aid, the full 2-capsule daily dose may be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
