Medicinal Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Dosage: Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. When used as a sleep aid, the full 2-capsule daily dose may be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended.
