Suggested Usage: Adults: 2 ml (60 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection; if you have stomach ulcers/inflammation, high blood pressure, an autoimmune disorder or are taking immunosuppressants; if you are allergic to bee products, poplar tree products, or balsam of Peru. Consumption of Goldenseal with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications: Do not use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

OREGANO OIL

The wild oregano in this product is not the oregano spice sold in supermarkets, which is usually marjoram. Oregano originates in the hilly regions of the eastern Mediterranean, where it has been used internally over the centuries for the treatment and prevention of the common cold, flu, lung disorders, sinus congestion and bronchitis.

Suggested Usage: Adults and adolescents 14 and over: 1 drop 2-4x daily in a little water, juice or milk.
