Ingredients
Each chewable tablet contains:
DGL extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (root) 380 mg
Slippery elm (Ulmus rubra) (stem bark inner) 100 mg
Amla extract 50:1 (Phyllanthus emblica) (fruit) 25 mg
Dosage:
Chew 1 tablet 3 times daily, between meals or 20 minutes before meals, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if you have or develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use if laxative effect occurs. Keep out of the reach of children.
