Peppermint Tea 20 Tea Bags
Organic Peppermint is an herbal tea that is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion.
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2 to 4 times daily. Adolescents 14 years and over: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2 to 4 times daily. Adolescents 10 to 14 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 1 to 2 times daily. Children 5 to 9 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) once daily. Children 2 to 4 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) once daily.
Directions for use: Pour 240 ml freshly boiled water over 1 to 2 tea bags as directed and allow to steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.5g) contains: Organic peppermint leaf* (Mentha x piperita) 1,500 mg.
