Nighty Night Valerian 16 Tea Bags

​Sleep tight with Nighty Night! This relaxation tea with valerian root is naturally caffeine free and made with Non-GMO, organic herbs.

Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a night time sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative).

Recommended dose: Adults: drink 1 cup 3 to 4 times late in the day and 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.

Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 450 mg, organic passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata) 300 mg, organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) 300 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita), organic caraway fruit (Carum carvi), organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Cautions: Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have gallstones, anaemia, or a liver disorder.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
