Medicinal Ingredients (per 500 mg capsule): Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, flower and leaf) 300 mg (5:1 extract, DHE 1500 mg), Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, berry) 200 mg (5:1 extract, DHE 1000 mg).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin
Directions: Adults: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach.
