These are the four supplements I personally take and what I look for when choosing them.
There are seasons where I layer things in… but these four are my consistent, mostly non-negotiables. The ones I come back to over and over because they actually make a difference.

- Why I take it: Gut health = digestion, skin, immunity, mood.
- What I look for: Clinically studied strains. Proper dosing. Survivability of bacterial culture

VITAMIN D3 (5,000 IU)
- Why I take it: Living in Canada means almost everyone is low.
- What I look for: D3 (cholecalciferol), not D2. Oil-based for absorption

GLUTATHIONE
- Why I take it: It’s your body’s master antioxidant. especially helpful under stress.
- What I look for: liposomal form or brands that prioritize absorption

MAGNESIUM
- Why I take it: Sleep, nervous system support, PMS, muscle relaxation.
- What I look for: Glycinate or bisglycinate form and around 150-200mg per capule
