Recommended Adult Dose: Take one capsule three times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond two weeks.

If you are taking other medications or natural health products with sedative properties, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Contra-Indications: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have protein S deficiency or hormone sensitive conditions such as uterine, endometrial, breast, or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids, do not use.
Known Adverse Reactions:Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness.
