Hemp Hearts or otherwise known as Hemp Seeds contain all nine essential amino acids and are well-absorbed by our bodies, making them a great source of vegan protein.
They are also very nutritious in essential fatty acids linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), which studies have found reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure.
