How to mix Hydrate:
STEP 1 - SCOOP IT WITH A TBSP
If using a share pack, grab a tablespoon and stir around before scooping. For kids, we suggest starting with one tsp.
STEP 2 - ADD TO 12ISH OZ OF H20
We’ve found anywhere between 8 oz and 13 oz of water works for most fans. Feel free to scale it up or down to taste and tolerance.
STEP 3 - MIX IT AND SAY AHHHH
You can chug it, or savor it with sips. Try it over ice or in a bottle. Any way is good—just give it a nice stir or shake.
