The main active ingredient in the Four Sigmatic Mushroom Hot Cacao Mix With Cordyceps is- you guessed it - pure cordyceps mushroom. Each packet includes 400 mg of Cordyceps militaris extract, with at least 30 percent polysaccharides (including more than 15 percent beta-glucans) and 0.5 percent adenosine.
