Indications: Helps to prevent iron deficiency anemia, form red blood cells and support red blood cell functioning. Helps to support normal early fetal development (brain and spinal cord) and helps pregnant women meet Health Canada's recommended intake for iron, when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet.

Directions for Use: Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take a few hours before or after other medications. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Consult a healthcare professional to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.

Cautions: Do not use if safety seal is broken.

Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhoea and/or vomiting.
