I’m a fan of all things Blume, plus it’s a Canadian and female developed/owned brand (yay), but these are my new favourite. They help for those who need hydration and maybe are keen on water alone, plus help with gut health and minimizing symptoms of bloating. Win win! This is my personal favourite flavour-wise with the strawberry being a close second. Money well spent!
