Each softgel delivers a minimum of 700mg EPA and 350mg DHA, sourced from wild sardine, salmon and anchovies, with added vitamin E.

The active compounds responsible for the widespread benefits of fish oil supplementation have been identified as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Although both are important for various aspects of human health, EPA is generally regarded as the anti-inflammatory fatty acid while DHA is more responsible for neurodevelopment and nerve protection.

EPA and DHA have been clinically studied in a variety of health conditions. Directions

Adults - 2 softgels, 1-2 times per day.

For rheumatoid arthritis - 1 softgel 3 times per day.

For promoting healthy mood balance - 1 softgel, 2 times per day.

Adolescents (14-18 years) - 1 softgel, 1-2 time(s) per day.

Children (9-13 years) - 1 softgel, 1 time per day.
